Design, Supply, Install & Commission a 35HL Twin Vessel Semi Automated Brew house
Jem from Cheddar ales approached us back in 2021 about a potential new brew house because they’re kit at the time was old & tired. They already had a Lanemark gas system on site which meant we designed the brewhouse around this, meaning that the 35HL Copper vessel had a gas coil fitted to it, the liquor tanks both 70HL. The HLT had a gas coil installed & the CLT had a laser welded dimple cooling jacket.
The turn around from getting the old kit out to this new system installed & commissioned was 14 days.
