From initial contact we will work closely with our clients to gather all necessary project information. All clients needs are individual. To meet your project needs, we begin with telephone or E-meet consultation. After obtaining an overview we will arrange a site visit to ascertain the exact solution for your project and site. We provide all our customers with 3D CAD drawing’s of each individual tank so any amendments can be made prior to sign off by customer before fabrication commences. We also offer a 3D layout plan facility.

All tanks & pipework supplied by us are guaranteed for 10 years with all moving parts covered for 3 years. In addition to our standard guarantees, maintenance contracts can be supplied by us and offer planned preventative maintenance schedules to suit your budget and running hours. We are available via phone & email 24/7 365 days a year. Any Urgent needs & assistance will be dealt with in a timely manner.

Typically commissioning includes a water run of the equipment to check all critical parameters followed by 3-4 commissioning brews. Whether you are completely new to brewing or an established brewer who has simply improved or upgraded the size of your system we will ensure you achieve product consistency and product/process improvement.
