Joe, John & Will from Drop project aproached us in 2019 with their vision to install a modern, state-of-the-art start up brewery.
With a focus on high quality big beers we proposed a solution to fit their needs and beer styles.
The Drop Project team were supplied an oversized custom mash lauter tun combi vessel to produce the high ABV hazy styles they brew.
The installation was completed within a week as we were able to complete the majority of the steam install in our workshop integrating it into the skid.
