Key features...

The CIP-IX comes as a 3-tank, skid-mounted or modular system as standard, although it is also available in other configurations upon request.

The standard, 3-tank automated CIP system is designed to fulfil the requirements of most CIP users. It comprises of a detergent tank (typically caustic), a rinse/recovered water tank and a fresh/final rinse tank. The CIP delivery pump is variable speed and can be adjusted to provide the optimum flowrate for the selected route (cleaning object).

Standard 3 tank design consisting of detergent, rinse/recovery and fresh water tanks.
The CIP recovery feature allows the re-use of chemicals, leading to a significant reduction of chemical usage, overheads and environmental impact.
Optional acid cleaning and sterilisation available upon request.
CIP sets are delivered with CIP delivery and return (scavenge) pumps which can be sized to the system/application specification.
Variable speed drives can be incorporated, allowing full control over delivery flowrates and providing energy cost savings together with reduced wear and tear on components.
Tanks can be equipped with steam heating coils or electrical elements as required to suit heating source preference.

Automatic temperature and chemical dosing control ensures effectiveness of CIP performance and optimised chemical consumption, leading to reduced environmental impact.
Large hinged lockable lids allow simple and easy tank inspections and/or manual chemical additions.
An automatic Intrinsic or 'self-clean' feature together with removable internal spray balls allows for cleaning of the CIP tanks themselves for effective removal of heavy internal soiling or scaling.
Optional data logging and validation with real-time and historical trend data ensures that the automated CIP system can always operate at maximum efficiency and of course satisfy any legislative requirements.
Optional cloud-based condition based monitoring, remote access and system alerts provides the ultimate in plant diagnostics and preventative maintenance, fully scalable and lloT ready.
