At 6ix Process Design Ltd (6pd) we offer a range of fully automated standard or custom built CIP systems to meet the requirements of our clients.Â
Whether there are space limitations or specific hardware demands, we can be sure to find a solution.Â
Our automated CIP systems range from single-tank, single-channel through to multi-tank, multi-channel, with each channel able to serve multiple routes (cleaning objects).
Lets have a look below at our standard 3 tank, single-channel automated CIP system, the CIP-IX.
The CIP-IX comes as a 3-tank, skid-mounted or modular system as standard, although it is also available in other configurations upon request.
The standard, 3-tank automated CIP system is designed to fulfil the requirements of most CIP users. It comprises of a detergent tank (typically caustic), a rinse/recovered water tank and a fresh/final rinse tank. The CIP delivery pump is variable speed and can be adjusted to provide the optimum flowrate for the selected route (cleaning object).
