Recently we were tasked with designing, manufacturing and installing 6 x 150HL DPVs within a 12-week period. We managed to do this in two separate deliveries of three, The main task was taking the roof off and craning the tanks in through the roof. Overall we came in 1 week early on the project.
Also we manufactured & installed 2 x new heat exchanger skids for the two brewhouse lines, This has brought down overall brew length times by up-to 30 mins per brew per line.
An Hot & cold liquor blend & acid dosing station was also added and installed. This will help achieve improved efficiencies, Consistency & above all increase wort quality.
